Cancellation Policy
The general cancellation conditions can be found in the Terms and Conditions. For workshops, one-on-one sessions, and training sessions, there is no cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 7 days before the session. For cancellations made 3 days or more before the event, 50% of the fee will be charged. For cancellations made on the day of the event, 100% of the fee will be charged.
