Hospitality

A functioning basis is the foundation for successful leadership

What I learned during my time in international hotel groups:

In order to implement changes at the management level, it is first necessary to ensure that employees have everything they need to do their jobs efficiently and to the best of their ability.

This includes the right hardware, SOPs, standardized processes, and sensible digitalization.

All processes – from ordering to warehousing, pre-production and intermediate storage, through to distribution – must function at the highest level .

Efficiency, cost control and high quality are a direct result of good processes in the background.

If these fundamentals of modern business management are not 100% optimized, effective development at higher levels cannot take place.

Changes , especially in the F&B area, should be implemented with sensitivity and expertise.

A wrong approach to these complex systems can have devastating consequences.

Together we will examine your offering, the procedures and processes in your company and find the best possible solutions to become more productive, save time and improve your performance.

"In the best companies, the know-how stays within the company and does not go with the employee"
