My career for your success
Having grown up in a family of restaurateurs in Austria’s Kleinwalsertal, I embarked on a journey to explore the world as a chef after completing training in Austria, Germany, Ireland, and Switzerland.
After several years in Canada and Dubai, I ultimately took on the role of Executive Chef at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
There, I achieved one of my career goals: overseeing the entire hotel with its 365 rooms, 120 staff members, and large event center.
I felt fulfilled in this role until I realized that this career and its associated lifestyle would not bring me true happiness.
I resigned from my position and traveled through Southeast Asia for several months, eventually arriving at a Tibetan monastery in Nepal, where I studied Buddhist teachings and learned meditation.
Through this experience, I discovered that peace, calm, and contentment were always within me, but had been obscured by the mind’s constant activity.
This realization shifted my life’s priorities, moving my focus from career to quality of life.
I then accepted a position as Food & Beverage Director in Bali, and three years later, in 2016, my wife and I returned to our homeland.
Drawing on my decades of experience in the international hospitality industry, insights from meditation, and valuable training in systemic leadership and mindfulness, I developed a unique program.
It helps entrepreneurs and leaders find more peace, time, and joy in their lives while simultaneously making their businesses more successful.
Today, I successfully guide entrepreneurs and individuals on the exciting journey toward greater peace and success in life, and I enjoy my “job” every single day.
